Wendy Joyce (Akerley) Greer

Wendy Joyce Akerley Greer, 63 of Acme, passed away suddenly, Saturday morning, April 21, 2018, in Excela Frick Hospital, Mt. Pleasant, while surrounded by her loving family.

She was born in Pittsburgh, May 5, 1954, a daughter of the late Harry Akerley and Freda Akerley Crouse.

Wendy was presently employed as a School Bus driver for Groomes Transit, Scottdale, with 45 years service.

She was a loving wife, Mother, Grandmother, Great Grandmother and Sister to her family.

Her husband of 48 years, Terry Richard Greer, whom she married February 22, 1970

Clayton Akerley and wife Sue of Lebanon, Ohio

Schon Crouse and wife Renee of Columbus, Ohio

It was Wendy’s wishes that there be no public viewing or services.

Final arrangements for Wendy have been placed in the care of the Frank Kapr Funeral Home, Inc, 417 Pittsburgh Street, Scottdale.
