Timothy Patrick Dunn, Sr.

Timothy Patrick Dunn, Sr., 73, affectionately known as Tim to his friends and family, passed away peacefully on August 30, 2025, in Greensburg, Pa. He was born on September 18, 1951, in Pittsburgh, Pa. He leaves behind his beloved wife of many years, Linda S. Ketter Dunn of Scottdale, who will remember him as a devoted partner and best friend. His children, Bobby Dunn and Jen of Murrysville, Breann E. Padgelek and husband Jeff of Scottdale, and TJ Dunn and wife Joyce of Scottdale. His role as a pappy was one of his greatest joys, and he cherished every moment he spent with his grandchildren: Tyler Dunn of Scottdale, Christian Dunn and Caden Dunn both of Murrysville, and Harper Dunn and Finley Dunn both of Scottdale. A proud graduate of Carrick High School class of 1969, Tim's work ethic and dedication were evident throughout his career. Tim spent most of his life in the food service industry and owned his own catering company for many years. He also spent over a decade as the School Food Service Director for the Diocese of Pittsburgh. Tim's love for sports was unparalleled, and he was a die-hard supporter of all the Pittsburgh teams. Since his youth, he had a passion for coaching sports, including coaching numerous teams in the local area. In honoring Tim’s wishes all services will be private.
