Paul W. (Jr.) Cree

Paul W. Cree, Jr., 83 of Scottdale, passed away early Friday morning, January 15, 2021 in Excela Health Frick Hospital, Mt. Pleasant.

He was born July 29, 1937 in Mt. Pleasant the son the late Paul W. and Edith G. Kalp Cree, Sr.

Paul was a longtime and faithful member of the Center Bethel Church of God, Alverton, where he also held various positions within the church.

He was a graduate of East Huntingdon High School Class of 1956. Following graduation, he attended Indiana University of Pennsylvania. Paul then entered the U.S. Army beginning in Fort Knox, Kentucky with CO. A HQGP USA ARMC and following his active duty, he was released to the Pennsylvania Army National Guard HQ HQ CO. 110th Infantry Division, attaining the rank of PVT E-2.

Paul was a member of the Marion Lodge #562 Free and Accepted Masons, with 62 years membership. Paul was also a member of the Ancient Accepted Scottish Rite of Coudersport, Pa. and Uniontown. He was also a member of Westmoreland Forrest #77 Tall Cedars of Lebanon and  was a member of R.W. Grand Lodge where he received his 50th year masonic Service Emblem.

Paul is survived by his loving and devoted wife of 59 years, Bonnie S. Sarver Cree, whom he married August 25, 1962,

Private Visitation and Services will be held in the FRANK KAPR FUNERAL HOME, INC. 417 Pittsburgh Street, Scottdale

Private Committal Services and Interment will follow in Scottdale Cemetery.
