Nancy Jean (Roby) Peterson

Nancy Jean Roby Peterson, a mother, sister, aunt, and friend, passed away peacefully on October 13, 2024, at the age of 60. Born on May 6, 1964, in Myersdale, the daughter of Robert and Barbara Seifert Roby.

She is survived by her son, J. Michael Peterson. Her Mother, Barbara Roby, Her Step Children, Mary Peterson, Richy Peterson and his Wife Katie, and Tami Peterson.

Her beloved sisters, Sandy Tipton and her husband Kurt, Jackie Murray and her husband Michael; as well as her brother, John Roby. Nancy also leaves behind a number of nieces and nephews.

Nancy was preceded in death by Her Husband, Donald R. Peterson whom she married on March 6, 1991.Her Father, Robert Roby; and Her Brother, Wayne Allen Roby.

In honoring Nancy’s wishes, there will be no visitation or services. Nancy’s cremation arrangements have been entrusted to the Frank Kapr Funeral Home, Inc. 417 Pittsburgh St. Scottdale, Pa. 15683.
