Nancy M. Bruck, a cherished wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and sister, passed away peacefully on April 28, 2024, in Mt. Pleasant, Pennsylvania. Born on May 31, 1946, in Berlin, Pennsylvania, the daughter of the late Lawrence and Martha Buratty. Her journey through life was shared with her husband of 33 years, Bill A. Bruck, who stood by her side in Mt. Pleasant. Together, they created countless memories. Nancy will be lovingly remembered by her children, Jeffrey and wife Tracie Logsdon of Hyndman, Jason and wife Susan of Scottdale, and Brandon and wife Crystal of Greensburg. Her Step Daughter, Bethany Bruck of Scottdale. Nancy was the grandmother to Jeffrey, Justin, Cody, Alisha, Jace, Ryder, Amanda and Kelley Logsdon. Her role as ‘Grannie’ was one she cherished deeply, and the moments spent with her grandchildren were among the happiest of her life. T Her great-grandchildren, Remington and Ruby Logsdon. She is survived by her siblings Carol Rye of Davidsville, Delores Begovich of Hinckley, OH, James and Lois Buratty of Carnegie, John and Sandy Buratty of Rockwood, Sally Gray, and Darlene Buratty, both of Friedens, PA. Nancy was preceded in death by her first husband, Earl D. Logsdon, in 1989, and her siblings David, Paul, Thomas, and Sandra Buratty. Her Stepdaughter, Carla Logsdon. Her faith was an integral part of Nancy’s life. She was a devoted member of the Scottdale Church of Christ for 27 years, where she found a community of support and spiritual growth. In her later years, she found fellowship and comfort as a member of the Acme Open Bible Church. Nancy’s life was one of active engagement with the world around her. Her love for spending time with family was her greatest joy, but she also found happiness in the simple pleasures of birdwatching, gardening, and playing the organ. She had an enduring affection for her cats, who were her constant companions and a source of comfort and joy. In honoring Nancy’s wishes, there will be no visitation or services.
