Mary L. (Miller) Younkin

Mary L. Miller Younkin, 72 of Broad St., Scottdale, passed away Thursday afternoon, February 10, 2022 at her daughter’s home.

She was born in Whittsett, Pa, April 21, 1949, the daughter of the late Roy and Sara Miller.

She was a longtime member of Hickory Square United Methodist Church.

Mary attended Connellsville School District. Although she was a home maker, she thoroughly enjoyed attending bingos and flea markets. You could always find her at the Comet on Sunday selling her treasures, although her biggest treasures were her children and grandchildren.

 Mary is gone from our lives,but will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew and loved her.

Ronald R. Younkin and wife Carol of Dawson

Kimberly J. Able and husband Don of Kingview with whom she resided

Jeff A. Younkin of Connellsville

Her Grandchildren: CJ Kessler and wife Melissa of Dawson, Jonathan Kessler of Dawson, Randall Scott Younkin and Jordan of Connellsville, Ryan Younkin and Debbie of Scottdale, Ronald Younkin and Kayla of Mt. Pleasant, Della Younkin, Megan Younkin and Alysia Younkin all of Uniontown

Her Great Grandchildren:

Tori, Gracie, Madison, Aluana, Maria, Dakota, Charlie, Brantley Kessler, Caleb, Ryia, Chloe and Bryson Younkin, Quincey, Nevaeh, Jazymn, Naziah, Trenton, Gary, Spencer, Marquie Younkin

And one Great Great Grandchild, Leilani

Mary’s Family will greet friends Monday from 1PM -3PM in the Frank Kapr Funeral Home, Inc. 417 Pittsburgh St. Scottdale, Pa. 15683, with her Funeral Service to begin at 3PM with her Grandson, CJ Kessler, Officiating.
