He proudly served his country in the U.S. Navy from 1977 to 1981, achieving the rank of AME3, and demonstrating the same dedication and loyalty that would characterize his entire life. Bud's passion for the outdoors was unmistakable. He found solace in the tranquility of nature, whether he was camping under the stars, fishing in the calm waters, or hunting in the quiet woods. These moments, often shared with family and friends, were among his most treasured. As a member of the Scottdale American Legion, Bud found camaraderie and community. His laughter was a staple at gatherings, and his hands were always ready to help wherever needed. His priority was always the well-being of others, and he went out of his way to bring happiness into the lives of those around him. His funny anecdotes and playful jokes were the highlight of every family gathering and will be deeply missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing him.
