John R. “Dick” Coffman, 83 passed away peacefully Sunday evening, August 22, 2021 at RNC of Greensburg.
He was born February 26, 1938 in Buffalo, New York the son of the late William Herbert and Elizabeth Gayle Wiltrout Coffman.
He was a Graduate of East Huntingdon High School Class of 1955.
Dick was a proud veteran of the U.S. Navy, where he enlisted June 25, 1955 and was Discharged February 25, 1959 in Jacksonville, Fla. While attaining the rank of AMS2.
He was an assembler with ABB of Mt. Pleasant with 35 years of service.
Dick was a Jack of all trades and a Gadget guy. He enjoyed tinkering around and could fix just about anything.
Dick is gone from our lives, but will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew and loved him,
His loving wife of 63 years, Mona L. Sanders Coffman.

Family and Friends are cordially invited to the Frank Kapr Funeral Home, Inc. 417 Pittsburgh Street, Scottdale, Thursday from 1 PM to 3 PM and 5 PM to 8 PM.
Funeral Services will be held Friday at 11 AM in the Funeral Home with T.J. Lucas Pastor of Trinity Reformed United Church of Christ, Scottdale, Officiating.
The Mt. Pleasant American Legion Post 446 Honor Guard will bestow Full Military Honors, Thursday at 6:30 PM. at the Funeral Home.
Private Interment will follow in Greenridge Memorial Park, Pennsville.
The Funeral Home doors will be closed between hours.
