Irene M. Napoleon, 93 of Mt. Pleasant, passed away, early Wednesday morning, August 1, 2018 in Excela Health Frick Hospital, Mt. Pleasant, surrounded by her loving family.
She was born July 12, 1925 in McClure, the daughter of the late Joseph J. and Rose M. Lewandowski Rozycki.
Irene was a longtime and faithful member of the Partner Parish of St. John the Baptist, Scottdale and a former member of the Partner Parish of St. Joseph R.C. Church, Everson.
She attended the former East Huntingdon High School.
Irene was employed by the Southmoreland School District in the Food Service Dept as a Lunch Lady with 15 years of service.
She enjoyed crocheting, planting and tending to her flower gardens. Her greatest joy was spending quality time with her family.
Irene is gone from our lives, but will remain the hearts of those who knew and loved her,

Son-In-Law: Richard Hepler (Apr. 3, 2014)
Five Brothers: Stanley, Raymond, Harry, Walter and Victor Rozycki
Her Sister: Pauline Fronczak
Irene’s family will greet friends in the Frank Kapr Funeral Home, Inc. 417 Pittsburgh St. Scottdale, Friday from 2 – 4PM – 6 – 8PM.
Parting prayers will be held Saturday at 9:30AM in the Funeral Home, with her Funeral Mass to follow at 10AM in the Partner Parish of St. Joseph R.C. Church, Everson with Rev. Andrew M. Kawecki, as Celebrant.
Committal Services and Interment will follow in St. Joseph Parish Cemetery, Everson.
Members of St. Joseph’s Parish will recite the Rosary Friday at 1:45 PM. A Parish Wake service will also be held Friday at 7:45 PM, both in the Funeral Home.
Due to circumstances the Funeral Home doors will be locked between 4PM – 6PM.
