Gerald K. “Jerry” Buzzard, 87 of Scottdale and formerly of Delmont, passed away peacefully, Wednesday evening, November 9, 2022 at Excela Health Westmoreland Hospital, Greensburg`, in the presence of his wife, Nina.
He was born March 5, 1935 in Elkhart, Indiana the son of the late Joseph R. and Nellie M. Nussbaum Buzzard.
Jerry was a member of the Scottdale Mennonite Church.
He was a Graduate of Concord High School and then attended Goshen College. He Graduated from Penn Technical Institute for Electronical Engineering. He participated in the “SETA” state program for Machinist and was then employed by Penn State Tool and Dye as a Machinist with 15 years of service. Previously, he was employed as a Lab Technician at Bushy Run Mellon Institute Laboratory.
In his spare time, Jerry enjoyed Photography; taking photos of Flowers and small Insects.
Jerry was a loving Husband and Brother-In-Law to his family and a friend to many.
Jerry is gone from our lives, but will forever remain In the hearts of those who knew and loved him,

In honoring Jerry’s wishes, there will be no Visitation. A Memorial Service will be announced at the convenience of the family, which will take place in the Scottdale Mennonite Church, Market St., Scottdale at a time to be announced.
