Genevieve A. Rudnik Opalinski, 90 of Everson, passed away, Saturday evening, March 31, 2023, at Excela Health Frick Hospital, Mt. Pleasant.
Gen was born on August 18, 1932, in Mt. Pleasant, the daughter of the late Joseph and Virgie Stepanic Rudnik.
She was a long time and faithful member of the Partner Parish of St. Joseph R.C. Church, Everson, the Church Rosary Society and generously supported the annual Church Parish Bazar.
Gen was a Graduate of East Huntingdon High School Class of 1950.
Gen was the owner and operator of Home Warehouse Inc. of Uniontown and Morgantown. She enjoyed crocheting and Crossword Puzzles. She also enjoyed working in her Graden at home. What she loved most was spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
She is survived by her two loving Children and Son-In-Law:

INC, 417 Pittsburgh Street, Scottdale, Tuesday from 2 – 4 PM & 6 – 8 PM, where Prayers of Transfer will be recited Wednesday, April 5, 2023,in the Funeral Home, followed by her Funeral Mass at 11 AM in the Partner Parish of St, Joseph R.C. Church, Everson, with the Rev. Elmer Alforque as Celebrant.
Committal Services and Interment will follow in St. Joseph Parish Cemetery, Scottdale.
St. Joseph Rosary Society will recite the Rosary Tuesday at 1:30 PM IN THE Funeral Home.
