Frank H. Wazybok, 96, of Scottdale, passed away peacefully, Saturday afternoon, April 14, 2018, in the Scottdale Manor and Rehabilitation Center, in the caring presence of his loving family.
Frank was born in Everson, October 20, 1921 a Son of the late Felix and Josephine Szostek Wazybok and was a lifetime member of the Partner Parish of St. Joseph R. C. Church, Everson, where he served for a number of years on the Parish Council.
He was a graduate of the former Scottdale High School, Class of 1940. He retired as a Machinist from Robertshaw Controls, New Stanton, following 40 years of service.
Frank was a Veteran of World War II, serving with the U.S. Marine Corps from 1943 to 1946 and participated in air strikes against the enemy in the Pacific area and was also a participant in the occupation of Japan. He attained the Rank of Sergeant (AVN) (TW).
Frank was an honorable and kind man who loved his family and was loved in return.

Family and Friends are invited to attend Frank’s Funeral Mass at 11 AM, Wednesday, April 18, 2018, in the Partner Parish of St. Joseph R. C. Church, Everson, with his Pastor, Rev Andrew M. Kawecki, as Celebrant. You are also invited to his Committal Service, immediately following the Mass, in St. Joseph Parish Cemetery, Everson.
Everyone please meet at the Church and it was Frank’s wish, that flowers be omitted.
