Obituary
Florence T. Nebesney Hostoffer, 92 of Everson, passed away peacefully, Monday morning, January 30, 2023, at Amber House, Mt. Pleasant, while being comforted by her family.
Flo was born December 14, 1930 in Everson, Pa. the daughter of the late Zachery and Margaret Luszcz Nebesney.
She was a longtime and faithful member of the Partner Parish of St. Joseph R.C. Church, Everson. While there she was a member of the former St. Joseph Society, The Kitchen Committee, Rosary Society` and a volunteer for the Church Bazzar for over 43 years.
She was a member of the Everson and Bullskin Senior Citizens Organizations, served on the Everson Centennial Committee and was a former member of the Everson V.F.W. Post #595 Ladies Auxiliary.
Flo is gone from our lives, but will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew and loved her,

Sandra L. Ponko of Hampton, VA.
Her Grandchildren:
Stacy A. Sefcheck of Everson
Jeffrey A. Ponko of Merritt Island, Fl.
A Great Granddaughter:
Sydney Marie Ponko
A Special Niece and Nephew:
Rose Marie Brush of Greensburg
Leonard Krol of VA.
In addition to her parents, Flo was preceded in death by:
Her Husband of 54 years, Joseph S. “Hosty” Hostoffer (Aug. 5, 2004)
Her Four Brothers: Walter, Michael, John and Joseph Nebesney
Her Four Sisters: Nellie Krol, Stella Misterka, Pauline Smartnick and Frances Stillwagon
According to Flo’s wishes, a Private Visitation will be held in the Frank Kapr Funeral Home, Inc., 417 Pittsburgh Street, Scottdale, for the immediate family.
Relatives and Friends are cordially invited to St. John The Baptist R.C. Church, Scottdale, where the Family will greet you Thursday, February 2, 2023, prior to the 11 AM Funeral Mass, with the Rev Elmer Alforque, as Celebrant.
Everyone please meet at the church.
Committal Services and Interment will follow in St. Joseph Parish Cemetery, Everson.
