Ellen B. Meyer

Ellen B. DeWalt Ingelido Meyer, 86 of Scottdale, passed away Monday morning, January 7, 2008 in UPMC Passavant Hospital, North Hills. She was born in Owensdale, February 4, 1921 a daughter of the late Frank K.and Georgie Mae Echard DeWalt. She was a longtime member of the Scottdale Church of Christ. Ellen was a member of the Kingview Ladies Club, The Ladies Auxillaries of the Scottdale VFW Post and the Scottdale B.P.O.E. Elks #777 and a member of the Scottdale Senior Citizens Organization. She was a former employee of the former U.S. Casket Company of Scottdale for eight years. Ellen leaves to cherish her memories to her loving and devoted children: Richard A. Ingelido and his wife Susan of Brisbane, Australia Karen Sue Ingelido Johnson and her husband James of Wexford Her sister: Edith Crawford and her husband Ralph of Scottdale Her six Grandchildren: Douglas Ingelido and his wife Denelle of Phoenix, Arizona Denise Pias and her husband Todd of Phoenix, Arizona Melissa Van Groesbeck and her husband Brian of St. Maryi¿½s Jennifer Cangialosi and her husband Joseph of Lancaster Colette Pushcar of Brisbane, Australia Brent Pushcar of Harrisburg 15 Great Grandchildren Several Great Great Grandchildren In addition to her parents, Ellen was preceded in death by: Her husband Edwin G. Meyer in 1995 Two Brothers: Raymond and Frank DeWalt Sister: Anna Mae Petenbrink Granddaughter: Donna Lea Ingelido And a dear friend, Dorman Schroyer of Scottdale Elleni¿½s Family will greet friends in the Frank Kapr Funeral Home, Inc. 417 W. Pittsburgh Street, Scottdale, Wednesday 2-4 PM and 7-9 PM. Elleni¿½s funeral service will be held Thursday at 10 AM in the Funeral Home with Bob Chambers, her Minister, officiating. Chapel Services and Interment will follow in Green Ridge Memorial Park, Pennsville.
