Deborah A. Klepsky, 66 of Mt. Pleasant, passed away late Tuesday evening, November 16, 2021 at Excela Health Latrobe Hospital.
She was born in Greensburg, Pa. on June 26, 1955 the daughter of the late George and Betty Knesh Smeltzer.
Deb was a member of Church of Christ, Vanderbilt.
She was a graduate of Hempfield High School Class of 1974. Deb was a true Artist at heart, she loved all aspects of artistry, from photography, painting to making jewelry. She enjoyed long road trips to the mountains as well as the beach with her husband.
Deb loved to visit various flea markets and was an animal lover, especially to her 3 dogs at home who brought her so much joy.
Deb was a loving wife, mother and grandmother to her family.
Deb is gone from our lives, but will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew and loved her, her loving and devoted husband of 22 years, whom she married Aug. 13, 1999,

Deb’s family will greet friends Sunday, November 21, 2021 from 2 – 4PM & 6 – 8PM in the Frank Kapr Funeral Home, Inc. 417 Pittsburgh St. Scottdale, Pa. 15683.
Her Funeral Service will be held Monday, November 22, 2021 at 11AM in the Funeral Home with her Pastor Greg Pelc and Pastor Rick Phillips.
Committal Services and Interment will follow in Green Ridge Memorial Park, Connellsville.
