Deborah Lee Johnston, 65 of Vanderbilt, died unexpectedly, Sunday afternoon, August 5, 2018, at Scottdale Manor and Rehabilitation Center, East Huntingdon Twp., while being comforted by her loving family.
She was born June 16, 1953, in Connellsville, the daughter of the late Calvin and Dorothy Murphy Thorpe.
Deborah was a graduate of Connellsville High School Class of 1971. She had been employed as a Nursing Aid for 30 years at Scottdale Manor and Rehabilitation Center.
She was a loving Mother, Grandmother and Sister to her family.
Deborah is gone from our lives, but will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew and loved her.

Ashley Johnston and fiancé Raymond Grimm, Jr. of Vanderbilt, with whom Deborah resided

Deborah’s family will greet friends in the Frank Kapr Funeral Home, Inc., 417 Pittsburgh Street, Scottdale, Wednesday from 4PM – 7PM.
