Connie Mae Blystone, 83, passed away peacefully on December 6, 2024, at Harmon House in Mt. Pleasant. Born on January 8, 1941, in Bridgeport, the daughter of the late Grant and Edna Christner Snyder. Connie was a proud graduate of Mt. Pleasant Twp High School, Class of 1958. Her diligence and dedication to her work were evident in her long tenure as a terminal manager at Charlton Brothers Truck Company. Before her well-deserved retirement, she served with warmth and efficiency as an Office Assistant for Dr. Frank Maida. Connie is survived by her loving daughter, Shelley L. Grimm, and her husband Jerry of St. Augustine, Fla; her granddaughter, Taylor L. Wong, and her husband Nicholas, also of St. Augustine, Fla; her great-grandson, Otto Wong; and the anticipated joy of baby girl Sophie Wong in March. Connie also leaves behind her sister, Renee Blasco of Scottdale, along with several nieces and nephews. In addition to her Parents, Connie was preceded in death by: Brother, Marvin Snyder, Sr. Niece, Pamela Griffin She was an avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan, her enthusiasm for her team as unwavering as her kindness. Reading was another pleasure of hers, providing her with endless worlds to explore and stories to share with her loved ones. In honoring Connie’s wishes, there will be no visitation or services. Connie’s Cremation Arrangements have been entrusted to the Frank Kapr Funeral Home, Inc. 417 Pittsburgh St. Scottdale, Pa. 15683.
