Bernadette I. Connors Klepsky, affectionately known as Bernadette to all who knew her, passed away peacefully on May 28, 2024, at Southwest General Health Center in Ohio. Born on December 20, 1933, in Scottdale, Pennsylvania, the daughter of the late Patrick and Mary Weimer Connors. Bernadette's life was marked by her adventurous spirit, her friendly demeanor, and her selfless nature, touching the hearts of everyone she encountered. Bernadette's early years were spent in Scottdale, where she was baptized Catholic and became a cherished member of the Partner Parish of St. John the Baptist R.C. Church. Her devotion to her faith and her community was evident throughout her life. Bernadette's zest for life was matched by her love for roller skating, a pastime she pursued with passion until the age of 80. Her graceful presence on the rink was a source of joy and inspiration to many. Family was the cornerstone of Bernadette's life. She was a loving mother to her children, Patricia A. Linnean and her husband Robert of Lagrange, OH, Thomas M. Klepsky of Cleveland, OH, and Timothy P. Klepsky and his wife Patricia of Cleveland, OH. She was also a doting grandmother to her grandchildren, Thomas M. Klepsky, Jr., Christopher L. Klepsky, Timothy Klepsky of North Carolina, and Michael J. Klepsky of Cleveland. The light of Bernadette's life shone even brighter with the birth of her great-granddaughter, Victoria M. Klepsky of Lakewood, OH. Known as "Grandma Beanie" to her grandchildren, Bernadette's legacy of love and laughter will live on through the cherished memories they hold. Preceded in death by her beloved husband, George J. Klepsky, who passed away on July 28, 1987, Bernadette continued to embody the strength and resilience that characterized their life together. She was also preceded in death by her brothers, Joseph Connors, Mary Ann Adams, Patricia Renzi, twins Arthur Connors and Kathleen Schott, and Thomas Connors.
