Becky S. Dillon, 73, of Monongahela, passed away on April 6, 2026, at AHN Jefferson Hospital, leaving behind a legacy of kindness, service, and quiet devotion. Born on February 6, 1953, in Mt. Pleasant, Pa., the daughter of the late Raymond S. and Evelyn Pearl Lessman Dillon. Becky was a loving, gentle, and selfless woman whose presence brought comfort to family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. She carried herself with grace and warmth, and her steady spirit was reflected in the many ways she served others throughout her life. Whether through her work, her church, or her everyday interactions, Becky touched lives with compassion and sincerity. For more than 20 years, Becky served as a bus driver for the Ringgold School District, a role she carried out with dedication and responsibility. She was more than a driver to the students and families who knew her. Her years behind the wheel reflected her patience, reliability, and care for the children entrusted to her. Earlier in life, Becky also gave of herself as a volunteer EMT with Tri Community Ambulance Service for eight years. Her willingness to answer the call in moments of need spoke to her generous heart and her desire to help others in times of uncertainty or distress. Faith was an important part of Becky’s life, and she was a member of the Church of the Nazarene of Bunola and Monongahela. Her church family was an important source of fellowship and strength, and her devotion to her faith was evident in the way she lived. Becky is survived by her siblings, Robert Dillon and his wife Alice of Scottdale, Pa., Dennis Dillon, Sr. of Fallingwaters, W.V., Paul Dillon and his wife Debbie of Monongahela, Pa., and Beverly Gatewood and her husband Willie of Jackson Center, Pa.Her Children, Russell Meader of Monongahela and Lynn Ann Cheplic and husband Jason of Finleyville. Her Four Grandchildren, Hannah and Zachary Cheplic and Jennifer and Michael Meader. She also leaves behind many Nieces and Nephews and several cousins as well as extended family members, friends, and loved ones who will remember her with affection and gratitude. In addition to her Parents, Becky was preceded in death by: Her Brother, Marvin Dillon Becky’s family will greet friends on Thursday, April 9, 2026 from 1- 3PM & 5-7PM in the Frank Kapr Funeral Home, Inc. 417 Pittsburgh St. Scottdale, Pa. 15683. Her Funeral Service will be held Friday, April 10, 2026 at 11AM in the Frank Kapr Funeral Home, Inc. with Pastor Jeff Lydel, officiating. Committal Services and Interment will follow in Fairview Cemetery, Kecksburg. The Funeral Home Doors will be locked in between visiting hours.
