Albert J. Chlebowski, 89 of Porter Ave., Scottdale passed away early Wednesday morning, November 17, 2021 at his residence while being comforted by his family.
He was born September 4, 1932 in Owensdale, the son of the late Walter and Mary Serwinski Chlebowski.
Albert was a longtime and faithful member of the Partner Parish of St. Joseph R.C. Church, Everson.
He was a graduate of Scottdale High School Class of 1950. Albert was employed by Anchor Hocking for 42 years as a machinist.
Albert was a proud Veteran of the U.S. Navy, serving from 1951 – 1955 while obtaining the rank of FT3.
Albert loved to plant flowers and tend to them. You would often see Albert not only cutting his grass but his neighbors as well, which he loved to do. His most favorite thing was decorating his home for Christmas, which all of Scottdale enjoyed the sights year after year.
He enjoyed spending time with his family and was a loving Father, Pappy and Friend to all who knew Albert.
Albert is gone from our lives, but will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew and loved him,

His Sisters: Regina Wojtas and Cecilia Lago
Albert’s Memorial Service will be held Saturday, December 4, 2021 at 10AM in the Partner Parish of St. Joseph R.C. Church, Everson with Rev. Elmer Alforque, as Celebrant.
Inurnment will follow in St. Joseph Parish Cemetery, Everson
Military Honors will be accorded graveside by the Mt. Pleasant American Legion Post #446 Honor Guard.
