Patricia Coppetti Obituary

Patricia A. Peterson Coppetti, 81 of Irwin, formerly of Scottdale, passed away Friday evening, August 17, 2018,  in UPMC East,  Monroeville, while in the presence of her loving family.

Patty was born in Mt. Pleasant, August 11, 1937, a daughter of the late Arnold P. Peterson, Sr. and Mary R. Hixson Peterson.

Patty was a member of St. Agnes R. C. Church, Irwin and the Partner Parish of St. John The Baptist R.C. Church, Scottdale.

Patty was a graduate of the former East Huntingdon High School, Class of 1955.  She was a former employee of the former Bell Telephone Co from 1956 to 1962 the former G.C. Murphy Co., Laurel Mall, with 9 years service and Montgomery Ward, New Stanton, from 1988 to September 1, 1999.

In addition to her parents, Patty was predeceased by her Husband, Anthony F. Coppetti, Sept. 27, 1999.

Michael A. Coppetti and wife Carolyn of Greensburg

James A Coppetti of Pitsburgh

Her 6 Grandchildren

Kaitlyn M., Aaron M., Kelsey L., Skyler J. Coppetti

Ashley R. Davis and William P. Blair

Her 5 Great Grandchildren

Caleb M. and Micah A. Griffith

Gabriella P. Davis

Antonio Campos

And Jameson Blair

Her Brother, Arnold P. Peterson, Jr. of Connellsville

And Sister, Janice Moser and husband Charles of Beckley Springs, W.Va.

Also a number of nieces and nephews

Patty’s family will greet friends, Monday from 1 PM to 4 PM and 6 PM to 8 PM. in the Frank Kapr Funeral Home, Inc., 417 Pittsburgh Street, Scottdale, where Parting Prayers will be held Tuesday at 10:30 AM followed by her Funeral Mass at 11 AM in the Partner Parish of St. John the Baptist Church, Scottdale, with Rev. Andrew M. Kawecki as Celebrant.

Committal Service and Interment will follow in the Parish Cemetery.

A Parish Wake Service will be held Monday at 7:45 PM in the Funeral Home.
