Donald F. Lint

Donald F. Lint, 80 of Mt. Pleasant, died peacefully, Wednesday, June 6, 2018 in Excela Health Frick Hospital, Mt. Pleasant.

Don is once again reunited with his loving wife of 59 years, Ruth McFadden Lint, who died just 12 days prior to Donald,  on May 25, 2018.

He was born October 3, 1937 in Scottdale the son of the late Charles E. and LuLu Tressler Lint.

Don was a member of the Armburst Wesleyan Church.

He was educated in the Scottdale School District and was an avid gardener who could grow anything.

Don was a proud U.S. Army Veteran, serving during the Post-Korean War Period, attaining the rank of Private.

He was a loving father, grandfather and brother to his family and a friend to all who knew him.

Don is gone from our lives, but will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.

Don’s family will greet friends in the Frank Kapr Funeral Home, Inc. 417 Pittsburgh St. Scottdale, Sunday, June 10, from 5 – 8PM.

Don’s Funeral Service will be held Monday at 10:30 AM in the Funeral Home, with his Pastor, Rev. Tim Stradling, officiating.

Private Interment will immediately follow the service in the Pennsville Independent Cemetery, Mt. Pleasant.
