Claire J. Burkholder Zaffina Petrisin, 65 of Scottdale died Monday evening June 9, 2008 in UPMC Shadyside Hospital, Pittsburgh. She was born April 19, 1943 in Youngwood, a daughter of the late Raymond A. Burkholder and Norah Duffy Burkholder. She was Catholic by faith. Claire leaves to cherish her memories to her loving and devoted Sons: Mark A. Zaffina of Scottdale Jim R. Zaffina and his wife Jenny of Acme, PA Bruce R. Zaffina and his wife Tami of Greensburg Her Three Brothers: Thomas G. Burkholder and his wife Elinor of Vancover, Wash. Raymond H. Burkholder and his wife Phyllis of Greensburg James R. Burkholder and his wife Adrienne of Greensburg Her three Grandchildren: Emily Jane Zaffina James Richard Zaffina Ashlee M. Zaffina And a number of nieces and nephews In addition to her parents, Claire was preceded in death by: Her sister Kathleen Tucci In honoring Claire's wishes there will be no public visitation.
