Grandma Ellen, you will be truly missed........we all loved you and we have so many fond memories. You were a sweet and loving Grandma to me, you gave me so much attention and affection while I was growing up. I will always remember the stories you shared, the times when you stayed in my room, the things we talked about, your singing teapot, your beautiful clothes, the way you took such pride in your appearance and the love you gave my children. Maia misses you. We will keep you alive with the memories we have. Love you, Melissa Lissie and family

Karen and Richard, My deepest sympathy in the passing of your mother and my Aunt Ellen. I have fond memories of visiting in Pennsylvania as a child and spending all day running between her house and Aunt Edith's. I always remember her with that slightly mischievous look in her eye when she was up to something. I'm forever grateful that she and Karen taught my mom how to make pizza. I'm glad she's out of pain - but know that she touched many people.

Dear Grandma Ellen,
I am going to miss you very much. You treated me so kindly every single time I saw you and always made me fell like one of the family. I will always remember how generous and sweet you were to everyone around especially your grandchildren and great-grandchildren. There wasn't a single time that I saw you where you did not pay the most kind compliment regarding my "wonderful family". Thank you so much.
Love,
Brian Van Groesbeck

Dear Karen and Dick,

Your Mom is an amazing lady! Her great style and courage impressed and made an impact on us all. I remember hearing many stories of how, while still a child herself, she stood up for her little sisters...and just imagine her courage when driving from California to Pennsylvania with 2 children all by herself! I cherish the memories of good times shared with her and of the love that she gave to me. May memories of her love and courage comfort you and may faith sustain you during this difficult time.

Dear Dick & Karen, I would like to express my deepest sympathy to you for the lost of your mom. Also to Aunt Edith for the lost of her sister. I have great memories of her from many years ago and the time we spent together when she came out here for Denise's wedding, its hard to believe it has been 10 years. God be with all of you.

Mom,

I'll miss so many things about you: your beautiful smile, the way you would wink at me, the silly things you would say to make me laugh and many more. I'll also miss all our lunches together and the afternoon trips for cheesecake or ice cream. You asked me many times "What would I do without you?" Now I'm wondering what I will do without you!
Your loving daughter

Dear Karen & Dick,
You have our deepest sympathy and love. Dave and I enjoyed the times we took your Mom and Dorman to family events. Driving along with them we learned much about family history. I loved how she would tell everyone that I was her birthday girl and always give me a big hug. Think only of your many happy memories of you Mother. They are the ones that count.
Love to you and yours,
Joyce & Dave Moore

My Grandma Ellen; The fond memories I have of you will forever fill my heart... how you allowed me as a child to trade in your soda bottles for candy from the corner store, how your skin was oh so soft on my face when I hugged you, and how beautiful you always looked in your fine clothing and the pride you took in yourself and how I admired you. One could learn alot from you on your outlook on life; Surround yourself with beautiful things that you love, visit and write your loved ones often, & skip your dinner to eat dessert! I love you and miss you my dear grandma.
